Project Management

The project organization consists of the project manager, design engineers, installation supervisor, commissioning engineers and HSE officer.

The project manager is the principal point of contact throughout the entire duration of the project and with the rest of the team is responsible for progress of the works, health and safety, drawings and information items, procurement of materials, liaison and support to other trade contractors, resource management, financial valuation, review of issued documents, production of operation description, issuance of documents for approval and cause and effect programs.
